How a project runs
Every project is different, but our sequence is fixed. That keeps the planning predictable and stops trades waiting on each other.
Introduction and site visit
We come over, walk the job and listen to what you have in mind. We also say honestly what we would advise against.
Plan and quote
You get a plan with the sequence of the work, a realistic duration and a price. No loose ends to argue about later.
Scheduling and purchasing
We reserve a team, buy the building materials through our partners, order the container and give you a list of stores for your own choices.
Delivery by one fixed team
The same people run your project from start to finish. They switch between trades among themselves without the work stalling.
Weekly check-in and invoicing
Each week we go through progress and the choices coming up. You receive an invoice for the worked week, payable within three working days.
Handover and aftercare
We hand over clean, walk the work through with you and pick up whatever is still outstanding.
What a project costs with us
We would rather be clear about this straight away, because it saves us both a conversation that leads nowhere.
Our projects usually run from three weeks to several months. A project budget starts at around 20,000 euro in net labour cost for a project of about five weeks. Materials are not included in that figure.
For odd jobs of a few days we are not the right party. Our strength is in projects where several trades have to happen in concert.

What does a renovation cost with you?
It depends on the size and the condition of the property. A project budget starts at around 20,000 euro in net labour cost for a project of about five weeks. After a site visit you get a concrete plan with a price.
How long does a project take?
Most of our projects run from three weeks to several months. We give a realistic duration at the site visit, and it is part of the plan.
Do we have to pay in advance?
No. We ask for no advance payment. You receive an invoice for every worked week, payable within three working days of that week closing.
Which languages are spoken on site?
Our project leaders and foremen speak Dutch, English and German. You can deal with us in any of those three.
Which region do you work in?
We are based in Apeldoorn and work across the Netherlands. We have also delivered projects in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
Do you arrange the container and the materials?
Yes. We order the container for the building waste and buy the materials through our fixed partners. For visible choices such as tiles, sanitary ware and flooring we give you a list of stores in your region.
