TST-Bouw is a building contractor based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. You can reach us on +31 6 33775618 and at infotstbouw@gmail.com. Please use those channels for any question about your data.

If you fill in our contact form, we receive the details you enter yourself: your name, email address, telephone number, optionally your town, the type of project, your preferred start period and your message. If you attach photographs or documents, we receive those as well.

Beyond that, this website collects nothing. We set no tracking cookies, use no advertising networks and build no visitor profiles.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a site visit and send you a plan or a quote. We do not use them for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell them to third parties.

The contact form on this website is processed by FormBold. FormBold receives the content of your message and forwards it to our email address, acting as a processor of your data.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for a maximum of twelve months. If your enquiry does lead to an assignment, we keep the details for as long as the work requires and afterwards for as long as the statutory retention periods for our administration prescribe.

You may ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Send a request to infotstbouw@gmail.com or call +31 6 33775618. We respond within four weeks.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This website is served over a secure connection only. Access to incoming enquiries is limited to the people within our company who handle them.
