External wall insulation and facade renovation in Apeldoorn
Insulating on the outside keeps the warmth in and gives the facade a new face at the same time. We do both in one pass.
For external wall insulation we bond and fix insulation boards to the existing brickwork, reinforce the whole surface and apply render over it. The house gets warmer, the facade gets crisp, and the rooms stay exactly as large as they were.
The details decide whether it works: junctions at frames, sills, the roof edge and the base at ground level. That is where our attention goes, because that is where cold bridges and damp patches otherwise start.

How a project runs
Every project is different, but our sequence is fixed. That keeps the planning predictable and stops trades waiting on each other.
Introduction and site visit
We come over, walk the job and listen to what you have in mind. We also say honestly what we would advise against.
Plan and quote
You get a plan with the sequence of the work, a realistic duration and a price. No loose ends to argue about later.
Scheduling and purchasing
We reserve a team, buy the building materials through our partners, order the container and give you a list of stores for your own choices.
Frequently asked questions
Does external insulation make my house smaller?
No. The insulation sits on the outside, so nothing changes inside. The facade does move out by several centimetres.
Can it go onto an already rendered facade?
Yes. We first check that the existing render is well bonded, and repair or remove whatever is loose before the boards go on.
How long does the scaffolding stay up?
On an average house, a few weeks, depending on how many elevations and on the weather. Render and paint need dry days and we plan for that.
Got a project in mind?
Call or message us, or send your plans through with a few photographs. We normally respond within one working day and come over for a site visit at no cost.
