Renovations rarely fail on craftsmanship. They fail on handovers between trades: the plasterer waiting for the electrician, the tiler who cannot start because the screed is still wet. We remove those handovers by doing the work ourselves. Our people are trained across several trades and have worked in the same crew for years, so they know what the next step needs.
We start with a site visit. You then get a plan with a sequence, a duration and a price. During the build we hold that sequence and check in weekly, so you never have to guess how far along we are.

We reserve a team, buy the building materials through our partners, order the container and give you a list of stores for your own choices.

How long does a renovation take?
Most of our projects run from three weeks to several months. We give you a realistic duration at the site visit and we hold to it.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
Often yes, particularly when the work is limited to part of the house. During a full renovation it is usually uncomfortable. We tell you in advance which part is out of use and when.
Do you supply the materials?
We buy building materials through our established partners, which is usually sharper than buying them loose. For choices such as tiles, sanitary ware and flooring we give you a list of merchants and showrooms in your region.
