Frequently asked questions
Does an extra socket count as extra work?
Not straight away with us. Unlike many firms in the sector, our rates account for small changes like this during the build.
Do you replace consumer units?
Yes. On a larger renovation that is often sensible, certainly with an older installation that has too few circuits or no residual current devices.
Do you handle central heating and the boiler?
We take on pipework, radiators and underfloor heating. For fitting and commissioning the boiler itself we work with a certified installer.
